Privacy Policy

How Mobile Facial Spa™ collects, uses, shares and protects information.

Last Updated: September 26, 2026

Mobile Facial Spa™ respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information may be collected, used, disclosed, and protected when Clients, Providers, applicants, and other users interact with MobileFacialSpa.com, provider microsites, booking services, accounts, and related MFS digital services.

1. Information We May Collect

Clients: name, telephone number, email address, account information, booking information, service address, appointment history, communications, service preferences, and other information voluntarily provided during booking or consultation.

Providers and applicants: name, contact and business information, professional license information, insurance information, credentials, professional experience, service areas, availability, profile photographs, portfolio materials, professional links, training and authorization status, and other information required for application or continued participation.

We may also collect technical information such as browser/device information, IP address, cookies, log information, and interactions with Platform features.

2. Identity, Tax and Payment Information

MFS may use specialized third-party providers to process payments, payouts, identity verification, tax information, or connected-provider accounts.

Sensitive information such as complete payment-card numbers, bank-account credentials, Social Security numbers, or tax-identification information may be collected directly by the applicable processor rather than stored directly within the MFS WordPress website.

MFS may retain processor-generated identifiers and status information necessary to administer the account.

3. How We Use Information

Information may be used to operate and secure the Platform; process applications and provider verification; create and maintain Provider profiles and microsites; schedule and manage appointments; communicate booking information; process payments and payouts; administer Provider qualifications and service authorization; provide customer support; prevent fraud or misuse; improve MFS services; and comply with applicable legal obligations.

4. Public Provider Information

Certain Provider information is intended to be public and may include professional name, photograph, biography, service area, approved services, portfolio materials, professional credentials or verification status, booking availability, professional links, and MFS verification information.

Sensitive identity, banking, tax, and private account information will not be intentionally displayed as part of a public Provider profile.

5. Service Addresses

Client service addresses are collected because Mobile Facial Spa™ coordinates mobile services. An address and relevant appointment information may be provided to the Provider assigned to or selected for the appointment.

Providers may use this information only for legitimate purposes related to the appointment and applicable professional or legal recordkeeping obligations.

6. How Information May Be Shared

MFS may share information with parties reasonably necessary to operate the Platform, including booked Providers, payment and payout processors, identity or credential-verification providers, background-screening providers where applicable, website and cloud-hosting providers, communications services, booking technology providers, professional advisers, and governmental or regulatory authorities when legally required.

MFS may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, security incidents, threats, legal violations, or misuse of the Platform.

7. Sale of Personal Information

Mobile Facial Spa™ does not intend to sell personal information to third parties for their independent marketing purposes.

If MFS's data practices materially change, this Privacy Policy will be updated and any rights required by applicable privacy law will be provided.

8. Cookies and Similar Technologies

MFS websites may use cookies and similar technologies required for website functionality, security, account sessions, preferences, analytics, booking functions, or other Platform operations. Where required by applicable law, users will be provided appropriate choices regarding non-essential cookies.

9. Data Security

MFS uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. These measures may include encrypted HTTPS/SSL connections, access controls, security monitoring, and specialized payment and identity processors.

No Internet-based system can guarantee absolute security.

10. Data Retention

MFS retains information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain legitimate business and transaction records, satisfy professional or contractual requirements, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and comply with applicable legal obligations.

Account termination does not necessarily require immediate deletion of every record when retention is required or permitted by law.

11. Your Privacy Choices and Requests

Depending upon applicable law, users may have rights concerning access, correction, deletion, or other treatment of their personal information. Requests may be submitted through the Mobile Facial Spa™ Contact Us page or by email at support@mobilefacialspa.com.

Certain information may need to be retained despite a deletion request when required for legal, security, tax, payment, dispute-resolution, fraud-prevention, or legitimate business-record purposes.

12. Third-Party Services and Links

The Platform may connect to third-party services, including payment processors, booking technologies, social-media services, maps, or other external websites. Those services may maintain their own privacy policies and practices. MFS is not responsible for the privacy practices of an independent third-party service.

13. Children's Privacy

The MFS Platform and Provider Network accounts are intended for adults. MFS does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 through account registration.

Services involving minors, if permitted at all, may be subject to separate parental or legal-guardian consent requirements and applicable professional rules.

14. Changes to This Privacy Policy

MFS may update this Privacy Policy as its services, technology, business practices, or legal obligations change. The current version and effective date will be posted on MobileFacialSpa.com.

15. Contact Us

Privacy questions or requests may be submitted through the Contact Us page on MobileFacialSpa.com or by email at support@mobilefacialspa.com.

Important: This website policy is intended to describe Mobile Facial Spa's operating terms and privacy practices. Legal requirements can change, and final legal documents should be reviewed by qualified counsel for the jurisdictions in which the business operates.
